DALLAS – March 22, 2019 – Cities across the country will be seeing a lot of pink as Mary Kay hosts its annual Career Conference. Nearly 35,000 enthusiastic Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants are expected to attend one of the 28 conferences in the United States from March 22 through April 1.
Career Conference is the second in a series of three annual conferences hosted by Mary Kay. Additionally, Mary Kay holds both Leadership Conference annually in January and Seminar in July. Each conference targets a specific group of Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants. Career Conference is specifically designed to help newer Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants develop their entrepreneurial talents as they gain knowledge about growing and managing their independent Mary Kay businesses.
