Iconic Beauty Company Honored for Second Year at Industry Event

DALLAS (Oct. 1, 2014) – Beauty fans worldwide have spoken, and they love their Mary Kay! The global cosmetics company was voted ‘Best Website’ and ‘Best App’ at the Beauty 2.0 awards in New York on Sept. 30. The awards ceremony by InnosCos events and the Global Cosmetics Community recognized the most ground-breaking innovation in digital marketing by beauty brands.

More than 300 entries were received from beauty companies around the world before a panel of industry experts carefully selected the top five finalists in the ‘Best Website’ and ‘Best App’ categories. This is the second consecutive year Mary Kay has received the ‘Best Website’ award and the first time to be nominated, and win, the ‘Best App’ award for the Mary Kay® Virtual Makeover App.
