The appointment of Julia Simon as Mary Kay’s Chief Diversity Officer is the latest in the company’s commitment to empower women and champion female leadership positions worldwide. In addition to her new role, Simon also serves as Mary Kay’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at the beauty brand’s global headquarters in North Texas.
